Game time usually refers to monthly periods of subscription access to World of Warcraft.
If you want to access World of Warcraft content, you’ll need to purchase game time or a subscription. There are several ways to do this, and below we’ll cover each option step by step so you can choose the method that works best for you.
Buying Directly from the Battle.net Shop
The easiest way to get WoW game time is through the Battle.net Shop.
Here, you can set up a recurring subscription or purchase fixed game time using a credit card or PayPal.
Available increments usually include 30, 60, and 180 days of game time.
Using Pre-Paid Time Cards
Another option is to redeem a Pre-Paid Time Card.
These cards can be bought from large retailers like Amazon and typically cost around $30 for 60 days.
You can activate them through the Code Management Page or your Account Management page.
Purchasing with Battle.net Balance
You can also buy game time using Battle.net Balance:
- To check your balance, click on the green number at the top right of the Shop page.
- If you add new balance, it may take up to 3 days before it becomes available.
- Note that Battle.net Balance cannot be used for recurring subscriptions, but you can use it to buy 30, 90, or 180 days of game time.
Checking Your Order History
